TIRANA, Feb 6 /ATA/ – The OSCE Presence in Albania praised Tuesday the continued growing co-operation with the Constitutional Court in 2023 as the Court’s annual report has shown recently.
In a post on the social media, the OSCE Presence voiced readiness to continue supporting Albania’s Constitutional Court.
“The Presence will continue to support the Constitutional Court in its efforts to enhance transparency, access to justice and efficiency of its operations, as well as to strengthen institutional capacities to uphold the rule of law and protect human rights in line with international standards and OSCE commitments,” the Presence said.
