Through proper training, agritourisms can upgrade their culinary techniques, create diverse menus and improve the way they are presented to visitors, thus attracting a wider number of visitors and increasing their satisfaction.
For these reasons, GIZ, by supporting initiatives, seeks to emphasize the importance of sustainable culinary practices in Albanian agritourism.
