TIRANA, November 8/ATA/ Minister of Education and Sports Ogerta Manastirliu held a conversation with the teachers of “Petro Nini Luarasi” high school in Tirana in context of a hearing tour with teachers, parents and students.
Manastirliu stated that, “We have put the priority on establishment and application of a national program for the training of teachers in science and technology, so that to increase their professional level”.
According to her, “The National Teacher Training Program will take place in two phases”.
During this meeting, Manastirliu gave the good news for all pre-university education teachers, who will have a significant salary increase with the new budget.
The teachers of the “Petro Nini Luarasi” high school shared during the meeting with the minister some ideas on improving the curricula, expanding the didactic base in schools, increasing access to technology, orienting students towards professional education and their support for salary increases and professional growth through trainings.
