TIRANA, Oct 11 /ATA/ The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, during his stay at the Council of Europe, held a meeting with the Kosovo delegation in this organization. He shared the DP’s vision on Albania’s approach to support for Kosovo and its membership as soon as possible in the Council of Europe.
“With the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, Donika Gervalla and the deputies of the Assembly of Kosovo, discussing a coordination of our action in support of Kosovo and its membership in the Council of Europe as soon as possible,” Basha said in a post on social media.
“Albania’s task is to be available and support Kosovo with whatever it needs. No decision or action without coordination with Kosovo,” Basha emphasized.
“The September 24 terrorist attack is an alarm bell for the international factor because behind it is the scenario of the “de facto” partition of Kosovo,” Basha said.
“Using Belgrade, Moscow is implementing its strategy of destabilizing and throwing the Western Balkans into chaos, undermining the South-Eastern wing of NATO,” said Basha.
“Such an organization and such sophisticated weaponry would be impossible without the involvement of state actors. Therefore, it is needed an in-depth investigation of this event, its masterminds and those who ordered it,” the DP head said.
