TIRANA, Oct 10 /ATA/ 11 Albanian citizens traveled on Tuesday morning from Israel to Albania through a flight arranged by Montenegro.
The Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs stated that it continues to explore all the possibilities and is in touch with the ministries of other countries in the region to help all citizens who want to return to their countries.
One of the citizens returned from Israel stated that she has been living there for 29 years, but the recent situation is very difficult.
“The assistance and hard work of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Albania and the Albanian embassy in Israel enabled the flight to Albania,” she said.
“We are very sad and distressed. We are devastated by the tragedy that happened in the last few days. It is with a heavy heart that we are leaving Israel. We sincerely thank the Albanian embassy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for following closely the situation and helping us with everything”, said another citizen.
“I turned to other embassies for help, but the Albanian embassy in Israel helped me a lot,” another citizen said. /m.m/sm/
