TIRANA, August 24/ATA/ The euro and the US dollar strengthened significantly against the Lek this Thursday.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, one USD was exchanged on Thursday for 100.54 Lekë, or 1.06 Lekë more than on Wednesday.
The European currency was exchanged for 109.08 Lekë, or 1.45 Lekë more than yesterday.
Also, the British pound gained ground against the Lek. This Tuesday, one pound was exchanged for 127.38 Lekë or 1.41 Lekë more than yesterday, while the Swiss franc was exchanged for 114.15 Lekë or 1.09 Lekë more.
