TIRANA, August 18/ATA/ The KFOR Albanian soldiers, part of the Regional Command West in Kosovo, joined in the ceremony of handing over the flag and continuing the mission as part of KFOR.
Kosovo Force (KFOR) is a NATO-led international peacekeeping force in Kosovo.
Defense Minister Niko Peleshi said that this is a symbolic act that shows the solidarity and cooperation of our military forces and the maximum commitment to maintain peace and security in the Kosovo region.
“As an appreciation for their dedication and skills, our soldiers have been awarded with medals for their contribution and important role in this mission,” Peleshi emphasized. /p.s./
