TIRANA, Aug 18 /ATA/ – Leading international currencies kept gaining ground against Albania’s Lek in the domestic exchange market on Friday.
According to the Bank of Albania’s fixed exchange rates, one U.S. Dollar was traded at 97.53 lekë, up by 0.86 lek compared with a day ago.
Europe’s single currency Euro strengthened and was exchanged at 106.01 lek or 0.98 lek more than a day ago.
British Pound was also appreciated by 1.13 lek and was traded at 124.01 lek, whereas Swiss Franc was exchanged at 110.82 lekë or 0.86 lekë more than on Thursday.
