TIRANA, August 3 /ATA/ In the local foreign currency exchange market, there was an appreciation of foreign currencies in relation to the Lek.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the US dollar strengthened by 2.97 Lekë and is exchanged at 95.81 Lekë, while the euro rose to the rate of 104.70 Lekë, or 2.75 Lekë more than on Wednesday.
The British pound has also strengthened with 2.68 Lekë more. The British currency is exchanged at 121.36 Lekë, while the Swiss franc rose by 3.45 Lekë and is exchanged at 109.27 Lekë.
