TIRANA, July 21/ATA/ In the local foreign currency exchange market on Friday, the foreign currencies strengthened their positions in relation to the Lek if compared to yesterday.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the US dollar got stronger with 1.09 Lekë and got exchanged at 90.70 Lekë, while the euro rose to the rate of 100.93 Lekë, or 0.44 Lekë more than on Thursday.
The position of the British pound also strengthened with 0.93 Lekë. The British currency is exchanged at 116.65 Lekë, while the Swiss franc rose by 0.20 Lekë and is exchanged at 104.66 Lekë.
Today, other currencies have also increased in their exchange with Lek./p.s./
