PM Rama: Region should speak with one voice in NATO

TIRANA, July 6 /ATA/-By Maela Marini/- Prime Minister Edi Rama said Thursday that the region should speak with one single voice in the next NATO summit.

In his remarks at a joint press conference with the Prime Minister of North Macedonia Dimitar Kovacevski in Skopje, PM Rama said that the NATO Summit was also on focus of their bilateral talks.

“Albania, North Macedonia and Montenegro are NATO members. We are absolutely aligned with the NATO leadership and this is indisputable, but we are three NATO members in a troubled region. We need to understand each other and exchange with each other and with the non-NATO members so that we speak with one voice as an entire region,” PM Rama stated.
