TIRANA, June 7/ATA/ The Special Prosecutor’s Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has conducted investigations and found out that the citizens K.Gj and A.B, in cooperation with each other, have received money to exercise illegal influence for employment of a citizen in the General Directorate of Prisons.
SPAK decided to use the security measure “arrest in prison” for citizens K.Gj and A.B, suspected of the criminal offense “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions”, committed in cooperation, provided by articles 245/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code.
The judicial police services of Durrës Police Directorate executed the personal security measures imposed on these persons under investigation.
The preliminary investigations for this criminal proceeding are ongoing and have not yet been completed./p.s./
