TIRANA, June 6 /ATA/ In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, on Tuesday the Albanian Lek strengthened its positions versus the foreign currencies.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the American dollar (USD) depreciated by 0.75 Lekë compared to yesterday, while the European currency, the euro, decreased by 0.78 Lekë.
The US dollar was exchanged at 100.42 Lekë, while the euro was exchanged at 107.40 Lekë.
Meanwhile, the British pound and the Swiss franc depreciated by 0.79 Lekë and 0.40 Lekë, respectively, in relation to the Lek.
The British currency got exchanged at 124.59 Lekë and the Swiss franc at 110.74 Lekë.
