TIRANA, June 2 /ATA/ The Prime Minister, also the chairman of the Socialist Party, Edi Rama continued on Friday the post-election thankyou tour, with a meeting in Tirana.
Rama said that, “in this victory bouquet of Tirana, the most beautiful rose is Kamza, due to the fact that theoretically this battle was out of reach. We in Tirana have a tradition of winning, in Vora we have lost and won, in Rrogozhina we have generally won, while in Kamza we had never won.”
Rama said that Kamza was an exceptional example of the great desire to win, of the great work to win, but also of the great candidate to win.
“Suffice it to look at Kamza to understand what transformation has taken place there. Kamza is one of those countries where the share of those on the right who voted is really significant and the main reason is what was done for the children of Kamza, therefore the voters voted with their minds for Rakipi.”
Rama said that, “in Kamza, also thanks to the Reconstruction process, a lot has been done. It is the municipality that has solved the housing issue in record time, it is the municipality that has gained the full trust of the people and it is the municipality where public works have advanced at a fast pace, I am talking about a segment of the Ring Road that passes through the municipality of Kamza and in the meantime all the families have signed an agreement with the mayor.”
