TIRANA, May 22 /ATA/ State Commissioner of Elections Ilirjan Celibashi exchanged today cooperation agreements in the field of election technology with Chairman of the Office of Electoral Administration and Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Dean Logan.
Celibashi wrote on social media that this is another major project of the Central Election Commission that will enable the institution to benefit from the most modern and specialized expertise.
With 8 million voters, Los Angeles County is the largest electoral region in the United States of America, where there is applied 100% electronic voting.
