TIRANA, May 9 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama wished a happy Europe Day on Tuesday, while sharing a photo on social media reading “Europe is here.”
Europe Day is celebrated every May 9, following the declaration of Robert Schuman, then French Minister of Foreign Affairs, on May 9, 1950, who proposed a new form of political cooperation.
2023 is the European Year of Skills, therefore on Europe Day, the EU Delegation in Tirana pays special attention to young people who, thanks to EU support, have developed their skills and chosen to stay in Albania by starting successful businesses or projects./m.m/ /gj.m/sm/
