TIRANA, May 6/ATA/ The “Silver Moon” cruise visited this week the Southern resort of Saranda. The cruise of the “Silversea Cruises’” company, the leading ultra-luxury and expedition cruise line has returned for its second year in the coastal city.
The 180-meter-long “Silver Moon” cruise ship had 546 passengers on board, including 229 American citizens, 174 Englishmen, 65 Australians and others from various countries.
The cruise departed from the Greek island of Mykonos and arrived at the port of Saranda from where they disembarked to visit the city of Butrint and other archaeological sites of Saranda and the surrounding area.
The “Silversea” company will continue to visit Saranda with its two other ships, “Silver Quest” and “Silver Whisper”, throughout the tourist season of 2023. /k.s/p.s./
