TIRANA, May 2/ATA/ In the domestic foreign currency exchange market, on Tuesday, the US dollar strengthened its position versus the Lek compared to Monday, while the Euro lost ground.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the USD strengthened by 0.26 points and is exchanged at 101.38 Lekë, while the euro decreased by 0.04 points and is exchanged at 111.08 Lekë.
If compared to yesterday, the British pound strengthened by 0.29 Lekë rising to the rate of 126.35 Lekë.
Meanwhile, the Swiss franc is exchanged at 112.76 Lekë or 0.10 Lekë less than on Monday./p.s./
