10 finalists of 2nd edition “Muza Competition” selected

TIRANA, April 29 /ATA/ The prestigious jury of Muza (Muse) Competition has selected 10 finalists who will participate in the grand final that will bring together all the Albanian-speaking regions in Tirana in June.

In the initial phase, 1,000 young people from Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia applied, presenting their collections in the field of fashion and design. Executive Director of the Union of Albanian Municipalities in the Region, Andriola Kambo, emphasized that this project is an excellent opportunity for all those young men and women to be promoted in the international market.

“In the meantime, we are also working on the Muza magazine, which is an innovation per se, as it gives opportunities and a voice to these young fashion designers to have their own window and make a foray into the region and more widely in the international market. It is a great opportunity for them. We are replicating a successful model that was developed in Milan, in France, and we are weighing how to use this in the tourism part and promote through an element of our cultural heritage a certain region,” said Kambo.
