TIRANA, April 28/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office Prosecutor at the Tirana Prosecutor’s Office Armand Gurakuqi on ground of unjustified wealth.
The Independent Qualification Commission said that, after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing on 26.4.2023, for the subject of re-evaluation Armand Gurakuqi, it decided to dismiss Armand Gurakuqi, prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office at the Tirana Judicial District Court.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Genta Tafa Bungo, Lulzim Hamitaj relator, Valbona Sanxhaktari member, will be notified to the subject of the revaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
Armand Gurakuqi completed his studies at the Magistrate’s School in 2003 and has been working for almost two decades as a prosecutor of the Tirana District Prosecutor’s Office. /gj.m/r.e/p.s./
