TIRANA, April 14 /ATA/- The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office Judge in Shkodra Judicial District Court Izabela Radovani.
The Independent Qualification Commission said that after reviewing the documentation and conducting the hearing for the subject of re-evaluation Izabela Radovani decided to dismiss her from her position on wealth grounds.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel chaired by Olsi Komici, Firdes Shuli relator, Xhensila Pine member will be notified to the subject of the revaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
This decision can be appealed to the Special Appeals College by the subject of re-evaluation and/or the Public Commissioner 15 days from the date of notification of the Commission’s decision.
Izabela Radovani started her career in the judicial system in 2000 and has been working for more than two decades as a judge at the Shkodra Judicial District Court./p.s./
