TIRANA, April 5 /ATA/ The American Chamber of Commerce expressed its willingness to collaborate with all actors, agencies, and line directors who have an impact on shaping the national framework of professional qualifications and skills to bring an impact on the job market and opportunities to clearly address the concerns of businesses.
Today, thanks to the work of these institutions, the market has 126 professional qualification titles that have been built based on the inputs that have come from the business itself as well as a platform of the ESKO system which can be accessed on the e-Albania portal and has 13,800 professional skills with all the necessary competencies. An accurate assessment of positions and qualifications will also solve the issue of wage levels by helping to assess and develop the workforce.
To make this possible, representatives of the American Chamber requested efficient coordination, first and foremost by exchanging real-time information they have and then finding the best ways for businesses to engage in professional qualifications work groups.
