TIRANA, March 15 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama has published images of Bubqi built back after the November 2019 earthquake.
In Bubq there are 7 low-rise buildings which contain 45 apartment units and 78 housing units. The residential buildings have energy-efficient exterior cladding up to the standards and an elevator. The individual apartments are also insulated for energy efficiency.
The heating-cooling lines have been laid in the apartments of the buildings, so households can install the air conditioners when they move into new homes. The area has public spaces and the entire square will be laid out as a green park.
