TIRANA, March 13 /ATA/ In Q4 of 2022, the total employment rate reached 66.5%, marking an increase of 4.2%, compared to the previous year.
The Minister of Finance and Economy, Delina Ibrahimaj, announced on Monday that the level of unemployment in the fourth quarter of 2022 decreased by 1.4%, compared to the fourth quarter of the previous year.
Ibrahimaj pointed out that the labor force participation rate in the fourth quarter is 74.8%, marking an increase of 4.4%.
In annual terms, employment increased by 0.5% in the industry sector, by 6.3% in the services sector, and by 3.8% in the agriculture sector.
