TIRANA, Jan 26 /ATA/ – The north-western city of Shkoder will have its public transport terminal soon under a project that will serve not only local and Albanian travellers, but also for the foreign visitors.
Such investment projects will expand further to other cities across Albania.
Prime Minister Edi Rama took to the social media on Thursday to share images of the design of the new public transport terminal in the city of Shkoder.
“The year 2023 will mark a strong turn in the public transport, as we plan to intervene through countless investment projects to support the intercity transport lines under the National Transport Platform, e-ticketing and service infrastructure,” Rama said.
The General Directorate of the Road Transport Services said that it has mobilized human and financial sources to develop the blueprint of the four passengers transport terminals.
