TIRANA, Jan 23 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ Independent Qualification Commission confirmed on Monday the prosecutor in Korça Appeals Prosecutor’s Office, Irma Balli.
The Independent Qualification Commission announced that, after reviewing the documentation and holding the hearing on 16.1.2023, for the subject of reevaluation, Irma Balli, based on law no. 84/2016, decided: Confirmation in office of the subject of re-evaluation, Irma Balli, prosecutor/head of the Korça Appeals Prosecutor’s Office.
The decision, reasoned in writing, by the panel presided over by Lulzim Hamitaj, Olsi Komici relator, Suela Zhegu member will be notified to the subject of the re-evaluation, the Public Commissioner and international observers within 30 days.
Irma Balli started her career as a prosecutor in February 1999. She worked as a prosecutor of the Korça Appeals Prosecution for almost 20 years and since 2016 she has been the chief prosecutor. Balli was also a member of the Prosecution Council.
