TIRANA, January 19 /ATA/ Education Minister Evis Kushi stated today that 56 schools have closed and the teaching process is suspended because of the bad weather.
Kushi said that the classes will be replaced according to an approved schedule of the General Directorate of the Pre-University education.
She explained that the decision has been taken for the safety of the students and it will be in force until the weather situation is improved.
“All the relevant structures are on the ground and the municipalities are engaged to assess the situation and take the necessary measures step by step”, wrote the minister in the social media.
The minister said that she was looking for the good understanding of the parents, students and teachers and promised to do her best so that to restore to normality as soon as possible./p.s./
