TIRANA, Dec 14 /ATA/ – By I. Vata/ The Democratic Party MP, Jorida Tabaku, welcomed the signing of the EU membership application by Kosovo’s top officials.
In a post on social media, Tabaku appreciates Kosovo’s journey towards the EU describing EU accession not only as a matter of development but also a political and security issue.
“Supporting Kosovo in the EU at the beginning of a long and uphill road for which it has braced itself. No investment is more important than the Western Balkans within the EU. Integration is not only a matter of development but also a political and security issue. Kosovo has no reason to remain an island and will not remain so,” Tabaku writes.
