TIRANA, December 9/ATA/ Vocational training is the certain way to employment so the Albanian government is supporting the qualification of the workforce in accordance with the needs of the labor market.
The National Labor and Skills Agency reported that 8,385 young people got registered in the labor offices and have been employed during the 10-months of the current year.
“Our mission is the support and professional training of young people, further enabling their safe employment. We work every day and during these 10 months, it was made possible the employment of 8385 young people who were registered in the labor offices and were mediated by them”, said the agency.
According to INSTAT, during the second quarter of 2022, the labor force participation rate for young people aged 15-29 is 55.3%. This indicator has increased by 3.4% compared to the second quarter of 2021, and by 0.1 % compared to the first quarter of 2022. /j.p/p.s./
