TIRANA, Dec 5 /ATA/ 5 prestigious car racing track design studios, authors of the most famous Formula 1 tracks in the world, the cream of the automotodrome and training and testing centers for road safety design have expressed interest in the construction of the motor park, the first in the history of Albania up to FIA standards.
Prime Minister Edi Rama announced on Monday that on this 5.3 km long track, a series of automobile activities, national and international races according to the standards of the International Federation of Automobiles will be held.
“5 of the world’s best design studios for such structures, authors of the most popular Formula 1 tracks, have expressed interest in this Albanian investment, which will have a 5.3 km track where a series of motoring activities, national and international races according to the standards of the International Federation of Automobiles will be held,” Rama said on social media.
The General Directorate of the Road Transport Service informed that the Albanian automotive industry is working side by side with the FIA and with the highest level of expertise in the world, represented by: TILKE GmbH & Co. KG, APEX Circuit Design Ltd., Studio DROMO Srl., Test & Training WURZ Design, DRIVEN International Ltd., for bringing this long-awaited project to life, in Krastë, Elbasan.
