TIRANA, November 29/ATA/ Divjakë-Karavasta National Park has two hundred more pine trees thanks to the contribution of the staff of the Delegation of the European Union, in Tirana, who planted them together with rangers of the park this week. ⠀
Ambassador of the EU delegation in Albania Christiane Hohmann participated in the planting of new pine trees in this park, while the EU Office in Tirana shared photos from this action on social networks.
Hohmann said that we also collected a considerable amount of plastic that was polluting the shores of the Adriatic Sea.
“With small actions like this, we can all contribute to preserving and protecting the environment!,” said Hohmann.
November and December are the months of new plantings, while the trees added to the environment contribute to clean air and soil conservation. /p.s./
