TIRANA, November 21/ATA/-The Minister of State for Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spiropali expressed her grateful thanks to the Armed Forces for the assistance provided to the evacuation of citizens, in Shkodra district.
“The local government must make the emergency fund available to handle the situation”, Spiropali said.
“I express my grateful thanks to the Armed Forces engaged on the ground, as well as to the Minister of Defence, Niko Peleshi for enabling the deployment of vehicles, theevacuation of citizens. The local government must make the emergency fund available to handle the situation. The approved 2022-2023 funds provide support to vulnerable households. The set up emergency budget meets all citizens’ needs“, she said.
Also, Spiropali asked the institutions to coordinate their actions and cooperate to overcome the challenges of severe weather. //a.i/
