New school in Zall-Herr, built anew after quake

TIRANA, October 24/ATA/ The 9-grade school of Dritas, in Zall-Herr, has received this school year about 270 students in modern conditions, the same as those of the schools that are being built everywhere in Tirana.

At the inauguration of the new building, Tirana Mayor Erion Veliaj said that the school is part of the package of 40 new schools rebuilt after the earthquake in Tirana. He wished the students a successful year.

“Last year, we opened 14 new schools. And we opened 12 new schools this year. In total, we have built 40 schools. When the balance sheet is done, it will be very absolutely clear. Who has done 40 schools and who has done zero schools? I believe that 40 to 0, there can be no other winning result, as long as the result is the work done and not the arguments or the insults!” said Veliaj while referring to the upcoming local elections next year./r.e/p.s./
