TIRANA, October 17/ATA/ The Whip of the Parliamentary group of the Democratic Party in opposition Enkelejd Alibeaj stated today during meeting of the National Integration Council that the opposition has done its part for integration, for extension of the mandate of the vetting bodies and the electoral reform.
Alibeaj emphasized that on the way to EU integration, the ruling majority must leave aside its arrogance and hear the voice of the opposition.
“Let’s say things as they are. We will never agree, but the Albanians see things realistically. And it is enough to see that the Albanians have fled, so that to fully understand what the situation is in the country. We cannot ask the Europeans to solve our problems, we will solve the problems by ourselves”, said Alibeaj.
“On issues of EU integration, the voice of the opposition should be heard, which has not happened, so far. If the majority will continue with arrogance, then it will show that this is the face of Albanian politics”, he said./j.p/r.e/p.s./
