TIRANA, Oct 14 /ATA/ The city of Korça continues to appeal to local and foreign visitors alike, who find the climate, landscape and tradition very attractive.
In recent days, Korça was visited by Polish tourists, who also met with the mayor, Sotiraq Filo.
In a post on social media, Filo said that “the highlight of this week was the meeting with visitors from Poland. Blown away by their passion for adventure and appreciation for Korça.”
“The international promotion of Korça as a tourist destination, the design of regional tourist packages, the creation of the tourist brand, the increase in the number of foreign tourists, prolonging their stay and diversification of the tourist offer for visitors, are some of the objectives that the municipality has set as part of tourism development in Korça, which is one of the main sources of our local economy,” Filo said.
Local and foreign visitors can easily access the museums, public institutions, parks and other places in the city. At any time, tourists can visit all the tourist attractions, included in the city tour, for which information boards have been placed.
