TIRANA, October 11/ATA/ Over 1.9 million citizens received the necessary services at the counters of the General Directorate of Road Transport Service during January-November period, while revenues are calculated at over 2.3 billion ALL, or 12% more than in 2021.
According to the statistics provided by the General Directorate, during this period there was set a record in the number of services offered and the innovations.
Referring to the data, there are 2 155 266 citizens/subjects served this 8-month period or 11% more than in the 8-month period of 2021.
Meanwhile, the number of innovation services offered during the January-August period is estimated at over 360,000.
“The results achieved are thanks to good administration, significant improvement of working conditions and team motivation, virtual counters, dynamic communication, innovative systems of online services and informatization and modernization of physical infrastructure, fight against bribery, reduction of debtors, increased security , digitalization, monitoring, yield, transparency, fiscalization, as well as approaching the customer”, said the General Directorate./p.s./
