TIRANA, September 6 /ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission held today the hearing session to announce the decision on Bajram Breçani, prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office of the Judicial District of Tirana.
Breçani faced the Vetting process on September 1 according to the three evaluation criteria, the legality of the property and the ethical and professional criterion.
After analyzing the evidence and facts, the jury composed of Etleda Çiftja, Pamela Qirko, Roland Ilia, decided to dismiss from office prosecutor Bajram Breçani on wealth problems.
Breçani started his career in 2013 at the Prosecutor’s Office of Kruja Judicial District. A year later, he was transferred to the Prosecutor’s Office of Elbasan, where he served until 2016, before moving to Tirana. /j.p/p.s./
