TIRANA, Aug 4 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/- Deputy chairman of Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, stated from the incinerator of Elbasan that this incinerator should have been up and running and under public ownership since a year ago.
In a media statement, Boçi states that “even according to the corrupt contract that Edi Rama has consented to, against the position of the Public Procurement Agency (APP), the incinerator should have been operational and under public ownership since one year ago.”
Boçi said that “Rama, Ahmetaj, Agaçi, Veliaj, formed a structured criminal group, with the aim of embezzling 430 million euros together with the brokers Zoto-Gugallja-Mertiri.
“They flouted the law or the procedures, and 8 years later, not a single incinerator is up and running. We think that the incinerators are a mega affair, where Edi Rama shares the money with Agaci, Ahmetaj, Veliaj, Zoto, Mërtiri and Gugalla, therefore the payments continued to be made and the justice does not seize the proceeds of crime,” he says. /a.a/ /i.s/sm/
