TIRANA, July 29 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The representative of Microsoft’s special team for cyber security, Kevin Chin, stated on Friday that during the cyberattack in Albania, they mobilized their units to help the Albanian government.
At the press conference with the Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku and the director of National Agency for ICT Linda Karçanaj, the representative of the Microsoft special team for cyber security said that, “I am a team leader at the DART company. I’m here to read a statement from Kelly Bissell, Vice President of our Security Group at Microsoft.”
“Microsoft is committed to helping our customers achieve more while being secure. During this attack we promptly mobilized our response unit to help the Albanian government recover from this cyberattack. “Microsoft will continue the partnership with the Republic of Albania in the management of cyber security by increasing the level of protection against malicious attacks,” he said.
