TIRANA, July 22 /ATA/ 46 Albanian fishermen will modernise their vessels thanks to the EU support.
The EU Delegation in Tirana announced that with the grants awarded yesterday in the port of Shengjin, they will purchase equipment for navigation and safety, food safety to improve fishing efforts and lower environmental pollution of the vessels.
Through the FishingBlue programme, with a budget of 1.5mln euros, we are committed to helping Albanian fisheries become environmentally, economically and socially sustainable while being a significant source of healthy food for consumers!
