TIRANA, June 21 /ATA/ The Director of the Albanian Road Authority, Evis Berberi, held a meeting on Tuesday with the General Director of the Public Enterprise for State Roads of North Macedonia, Ejup Rustemi.
Berberi said that during the meeting they discussed the 8th Corridor, the expansion of the Elbasan-Qafë Thanë axis and the border crossing point Qafë Thanë-Struga, between North Macedonia and Albania.
“The meeting focused on importance of implementing this project, which will connect our countries more, will facilitate the movement of vehicles, services and goods, giving a boost to the economy of both countries,” said Berberi.
