TIRANA, June 14/ATA/ In the domestic foreign exchange market, the US dollar strengthened its position versus the Albanian Lek on Tuesday, if compared to the beginning of the week, while the euro lost ground slightly.
According to the official exchange rate of the Bank of Albania, the American green currency strengthened by 0.21 Lekë and is exchanged at 114.74 Lekë, while the euro decreased by 0.05 Lekë and is exchanged at 119.88 Lekë.
The British pound, compared to yesterday, was significantly depreciated by 0.53 Lekë, decreasing to the quota of 139.35 Lekë
Meanwhile, the Swiss franc is exchanged at 115.77 Lekë, or 0.28 Lekë more than on Monday.
