Rama: Textbooks adjusted for new school year

TIRANA, June 10 /ATA/ On Friday, Prime Minister Edi Rama drew attention to the work that has been done to improve the textbooks.
On his social media account, Rama cited some examples sharing photos of the textbooks adjusted for the next school year.
“A government that listens to everyone, even when it does not agree to everything, does good work.
I believe you remember the concerns brought up last year about some inaccuracies or any inappropriate coverage of real life in textbooks! “A whole network of teachers and experts was established to address those concerns, which resulted in the necessary improvements,” the prime minister wrote.
Following concerns brought up last year about some inaccuracies or inappropriate coverage of reality in textbooks, the Ministry of Education and Sports set up a commission to review all textbooks in pre-university education.
This commission consisted of several working groups with leaders of professional networks of teachers and curriculum specialists.
