INSTAT and UNICEF, multiple indicator survey

TIRANA, June 1 /ATA/ INSTAT and UNICEF in Albania sign on Wednesday in Tirana the Memorandum of Understanding on the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey (MICS).

The agreement was signed by the Director of INSTAT, Elsa Dhuli, and Dr. Roberto De Bernardi, UNICEF Representative in Albania.

In a post on social networks, Dhuli said that, “this agreement sets out the roles and technical responsibilities for the successful implementation of MICS in 2024.”

According to her, MICS 2024 will generate data on the well-being of women and children, to enable the assessment of their situation and tracking the progress of the implementation of SDGs in Albania.

“This goal is reached only through the support of many state institutions and partners,” said Dhuli.
