TIRANA, May 18/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission fired today Judge Enkeleda Kapedani by a majority of votes while the High Inspector of Justice had suspended her from office of 6 months.
The Independent Qualification Commission held today a session for announcing the decision for the judge of Elbasan Judicial District Court Enkeleda Kapedani.
The trial panel composed of Genta Tafa Bungo, Pamela Qirko, Brunilda Bekteshi, after analyzing the evidence and facts, decided by a majority vote to fire Judge Enkeleda Kapedani.
The High Judicial Council decided in June 2021, the suspension of Judge Enkeleda Kapedani, until the end of the disciplinary investigation launched against her, due to the publication of videos on the social network TikTok.
Enkeleda Kapedani completed her studies at the School of Magistrates in 2014 and after a period of internship in Tirana, was appointed a judge in the Court of Elbasan. /j.p/p.s./
