TIRANA May 9 /ATA/ – By I.Vata/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed on Monday the prosecutor Emror Kasaj.
The Independent Qualification Commission held on Monday the session for handing down the decision on Emror Kasaj, prosecutor in the Prosecution at the Gjirokastra Judicial District Court.
The prosecutor, Emror Kasaj, was vetted on May 5 for legitimacy of wealth as well as ethical and professional criteria.
The Trial Panel composed of Valbona Sanxhaktari, Xhensila Pine, Olsi Komici after analyzing the evidence and facts decided on Monday to dismiss the prosecutor Emror Kasaj.
Emror Kasaj started his career in the justice system in 2000, as a Judicial Police officer. Since 2015, he has been a prosecutor in the Gjirokastra District Prosecutor’s Office. /a.a/sm/
