TIRANA, May 6/ATA/ Secretary General of the Ministry of Interior Elena Pici conducted an inspection in Tirana Local Police Directorate to see progress with the reform for digitalization of services.
Beginning from May 1, 77 State Police services are offered online on the e-Albania portal, eliminating the need for citizens to appear physically at the police stations.
Director of Tirana Local Police Directorate Lorenc Panganika and heads of the relevant structures that provide services to the police explained in detail the progress made, the measures taken so far and the problems identified in these first days.
Although during the process come out problems that require solution, these matters take immediate attention and are being addressed with priority.
Police structures remain committed to providing more convenience to citizens through offering online services. /j.p/p.s./
