TIRANA, April 30 /ATA/ – The whole range of public services provided by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection will be delivered online via the e-albania.al web platform as of May 1, 2022 as part of the digital revolution under the Albanian government’s public services reform designed to change the way public services are provided, eliminate bureaucracy, long queues, combat corruption, foster a customer-care culture, enhance citizens’ access to public services.
According to the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, the online service delivery will eliminate bureaucracies and ensure real-time provision of 26 services and a total of more than 11,000 documents annually.
All the required administrative documents will be generated electronically only through the System of Circulation of Documents bearing e-stamp eliminating bureaucracy and corruption practices.
