TIRANA, April 27/ATA/ The Independent Qualification Commission dismissed today from office the judge of Tirana Court Fida Osmani.
Judge Osmani (Stojku) faced the vetting on April 21, for the three evaluation criteria, the legitimacy of wealth as well as the ethical and professional criteria.
The trial panel composed of Olsi Komici, Valbona Sanxhaktari, Xhensila Pine analyzed all the evidence and facts and decided to dismiss Judge Fida Osmani. The jury found problems with her wealth.
Osmani started his career in the justice system in 2000 and worked for two decades as a judge in the Tirana Court./p.s./
