TIRANA, April 20 /ATA/ Prime Minister Edi Rama said on Wednesday that he clings to the commitment to send satellites into space from our country, although delays are beyond control.
“Some people seem very impatient for the satellites and according to the new fashion they say what they want without asking at all how it is!” Rama said in a post on Twitter.
“Yet it surprises me how they refuse to understand: I say what I mean, I mean what I say even when the delays are beyond my reach, just be patient, because I will not break the promise!”, Rama emphasized.
Last October, the Prime Minister announced that Albania will launch satellites into space.
“Albania will launch the satellites into orbit, not in the next term, but next year. “Two satellites, named” Albania one and Albania two ” will be launched into orbit to monitor the territory and detect illegal activities,” said Rama.
